3. How we use information
We use personal information to process and confirm purchases, deliver digital products, provide support, administer refunds, prevent fraud, secure our services, understand how our pages perform, measure advertising, improve our products and comply with legal obligations.
Where required, we rely on your consent. We may also process information where necessary to perform a contract with you, meet a legal obligation or pursue a legitimate business interest that does not override your rights.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our sites may use cookies and similar technologies for essential operation, analytics, attribution and advertising. These technologies may help us understand visits, remember preferences and measure whether an advertisement led to a purchase. Where consent is required, non-essential technologies should be used only after you make a choice. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
5. When we share information
We may share only the information reasonably needed with service providers that help us operate, including Paystack for payment processing, website hosting providers, product-delivery and email providers, analytics and advertising services, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. International processing
Some service providers may process information outside Ghana. When that happens, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual, organisational or other safeguards required by applicable law.
7. Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including contractual, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable Ghanaian law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, request deletion where appropriate, and complain about how your information is handled. To make a request, email us from the address connected to your purchase. We may need to verify your identity.
You may also raise a concern with Ghana’s Data Protection Commission.
